Refund and Cancellation: If any order is canceled, payment against such order will generally be refunded within 10 working days, but the refund process may take more time depending upon the payment service gateway provider’s clauses. Provided that the received cashback amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount. The refund will be initiated within the same payment channel i.e. if the customer pays via bKash, then the customer will be refunded through bKash.
